Adorable tiny house with a spectacular view of Otter Creek on Lake Cumberland. It is located in Monticello, Ky in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. Plus, your likely to see lots of wildlife. I have kayaks available to use for $25/per day/per kayak! Pets welcome for $50 per stay!! I supply everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Including: gas for gas grill (always a full tank), firewood for firepit, ice maker, regular coffee pot including coffee & creamer, bathroom essentials, fan, electric fireplace, etc.. The cottage is located on a dead end road, so hardly any traffic and very peaceful!
