Resort is located at top of a hill with super view. The landscape view from the room covers more than 180 degrees with proper tea plants adding the greenery. Could witness fog, rain and sun as we were there during July, which is off season. Hospitality and service is top notch. Food tastes good but have limited options. We had a special request for candle light dinner and it was properly organized by maintaining secrecy. My wife got a great surprise and liked it alot. Special thanks to Vijay for this. Road to the resort is of mud road for 2 kms. Due to rains it became slippery and difficult to drive. I could manage but this would not be case all the times. Overall, if you are looking for a disturbance free private place then go for it by closing your eyes.

Overall very good stay, break taking views of nilgiris mountains, tea garden, location is exotic, very nice and well behaved resort folks. Right in mid of nature, food was too tasty. Thanks to chateau wood for making a memorable stay for our family!

We recently stayed in this resort to celebrate our fifty years of friendship. The place was extremely superb. Greeny hills surrounded and always misty climate. Location and amenities are awesome. Excellent facilities in all the rooms. Good hospitality team headed by Mr.Vijay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire resort crews and specially marketing head Mr. Vivek for the exceptional hospitality during our recent stay in Chateau Woods resort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout our stay, every moment was truly memorable. The attention to detail in every aspect of staff service, from the exquisite dining experiences to the comfortable accommodations, exceeded our expectations. The staff are very professional and genuine care made us feel incredibly valued as a guest. Food was yummy and tasty. Thanks chef. We are looking forward to our next visit and will certainly recommend this resort to our friends and family seeking a remarkable getaway experience.Thank you once again for making our stay so special. Great location. The cliff villa has the best view into the clouds. Cliff villa has one room with both side view/balcony. There are 4 cliff villas, all the 4 villas are at a great distance from each other and so private. Even all the other rooms have nice plantation hill view. Really enjoyed the stay. Room service is sometimes limited to the cliff villa but otherwise staff is good and helpful. Food was good. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The place was very good. Nice and Friendly Staff, location is a bit secluded but that adds to the charm. The view from the hotel was excellent. Food quality was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the Cottages which were on the top of the hill. The sound of birds, fresh air, and clouds entering the rooms everything was so pretty and wonderful! The staff was very cooperative, even for vegetarians the food they prepared served on time their service was first rated! The Hotel was very well kept only it was very secluded from the main roads. There was just ONE WAY road that leads to the Hotel and when driving your own car then it will be difficult! Overall it was an amazing experience staying in a Glass House open from three sides in a jungle was terrific! For nature lovers its heaven.
