We had an unforgettable family getaway at The Pool Villa, Tranquil. The villa's spacious and elegant design made it the perfect setting for our family reunion. The hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating our request for extra guests with ease. The amenities were impressive, including a private pool, badminton court, outdoor games, and ample parking. The coffee estate surroundings were serene and peaceful, with plenty of opportunities for hiking and birdwatching. We were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ajay, the director, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. His warmth, hospitality, and personal touch made us feel like family. We appreciate the effort he put into accommodating our special requests, including a delicious country chicken curry with idiyappam. His dedication to excellence and genuine care for his guests are truly commendable. The entire staff, including the chefs, housekeeping, and hospitality team, were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. We extend our heartfelt thanks to each of them for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The food was phenomenal, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The ayurvedic massages were a great way to unwind, and the villa's tranquil atmosphere made it easy to relax. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we would love to come back and stay here again in the future. One of the best homestays I’ve been to. We were there with friends and family for two nights and had the most magical time. The hosts Ajay & Nisha are wonderful & thanks to them it was made even more special. My wife and myself stayed in the treehouse. So tastefully done, comfortable king size bed with all top amenities. A wraparound balcony with a lovely view of the plantations. Added to that a fresh water stream flowing under it. So therapeutic. The ambiance, food fabulous & staff so attentive to all our needs Top hospitality all around. Lovely walking trails all over the property . There’s a gift shop & home made pickles & preservatives amongst other lovely quaint items for sale. There are also a variety of outdoor activities to do for children & adults . We can’t wait to be back !!!!

An absolutely idyllic place to stay. Apart from the superb accommodation, food and delightful surroundings, Ajay and Nisha take hospitality to a different level. They are true professionals. Always on hand to assist, but never intrusive. Mr. Swamy and all other the staff are also on hand and are friendly and efficient. The pool is lovely, the bar a great place for pre-prandials. We stayed in the main building and the room was fabulous. Every attention to detail has been taken. We felt so well looked after and the only downside was leaving. Staying here is a true delight and will not disappoint in any way.

Excellent rooms and very clean with plenty of greenery and flowers. Meals were nothing extravagant but good though the vegetarian options were limited on the Christmas day. The property had lot of trails on their property though the sign boards marking the trail are limited. I got lost in a trail within the property with no recognizable trails and had to use the google maps on satellite mode to locate the nearest path. Wish the owners will put out signs at regular internals so that you can back track if you get lost

Best homestay I’ve stayed in anywhere in south India. The caretakers are amazing, Ajay and Nisha are there for anything you need on the property. You get a great idea of what it’s like to live on a coffee plantation. Did a one of their treks on the property and one of their dogs even accompanied us on it. The food is top just amazing!! A lot of their food is prepared with local produce from the plantation. Got a variety of jams that would rival any restaurant. Must visit, especially if you’d like to stay in their beautiful tree house.

Nestled in a 400 acre coffee estate near the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary in Kerala, Tranquil is truly a world class holiday experience ! I stayed in the Pool villa which can easily house 6-8 people. Superbly appointed with all mod cons and truly luxurious it also has a lovely plunge pool to while away your time in, while listening to the sounds of the jungle. They also have amazingly beautiful tree houses to stay in among the accommodation options. There are many scenic and well marked treks to walk around the estate in. A must do while you’re there to take in the amazing surroundings! The WiFi is fast and reliable so you stay in touch with the world while you relax 😃 Service here is of top notch quality with attentive and friendly staff who take extra effort to attend to your every need. As for the food, I cannot stress enough how wonderful the offerings are. Authentic local specialities as well as international food are served buffet style with huge attention to quality of ingredients ! Chef Shivadas is doing wonders there :) It’s a very pleasant 6 hr drive from bangalore and easily accessible. All in all highly recommended and a place I would go back to time and time again.
