Overall it’s a fine property… with a few quirks. Upon check-in, the front desk notified us that they wouldn’t be cleaning the rooms unless requested 24 hours in advance. Given our short stay, it didn’t seem like it was worth the hassle, but I guess I still expected general attention to basics like toilet paper when readying a room for new guests - it was nearly gone in our room when we arrived so I had to go down ask for more. Finding places to empty our own trash also became annoying (the trash bags are all so tiny, they barely hold a few cans). We asked for additional pillows and were told simply “no” without further embellishment. Half of the staff looked bored or put out, half were friendly enough, but it was always US going out of the way to get what we needed, when in hospitality, it really should be the other way around. The continental breakfast was decent, the rooms a bit cramped but generally comfortable, and there were a lot of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.
