This is an extremely basic motel. My room was a king suite. Most hotels would consider this a regular room with a little added space not a suite. There is no closet in room & only 3 hooks to hang things. There is also no drawers to store anything. Additionally there is no iron & iron board in room. Breakfast was limited to toast, 2 cereals, waffle maker, coffee & juice. My overnight stay was just ok but would not recommend if staying more than one night.

Was probably the best Super 8 we have stay at in quite a while Room was clean. Everything worked in the room. There was nothing falling, broken, duct taped together. They actually had breakfast. A very nice room separate from the lobby. We would stay there again.

No one was at the desk to check us in. We just drove 8 hours and really just wanted to settle in. We weren't the only ones. Called the phone from the front desk (per the sign) several times. It just rang. No one answered or came for 10 minutes or more. Benefit of a doubt that maybe that person just left to go to the bathroom the minute we pulled up BUT not exactly apologetic for not answering the phone. This is a 2 star hotel so learned a lesson there. No coffee pot in the room at least.

I've been using this motel for 7 years or so, and will continue my yearly stay. A good place to stay. It is within a block of a Hy-Vee that has almost anything a visiter would want and a couple of good hot food serviceses. The desk clerks are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager. I believe her name is Christine? The only thing I'd like to see is some fresh fruit at breakfast time.

This hotel really reeks of cigarette smoke in all areas of the hotel, but most especially in the hallways. The staff were smoking right outside the doors with the door propped open. The room was fairly clean, but longtime dust/debris was collected along the edges of the floor and on furniture. Beds were okay; pillows were small. Second floor was quiet, but our family on the first floor said it was quite noisy overhead. Came down for breakfast at 7 and there was hardly any food in the breakfast area. We still had a lot of family to eat food yet. The one staff member seen was checking people out, "stocking" the breakfast area and also cleaning rooms in between smoke breaks. She was pleasant enough, always smiling, but hard to find when needed. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker-then you would feel right at home.

It was a Good Bed, and a nice Quiet night. The Motel is in a Good Location just across the street from a shopping center. We slept quite well. The next morning, however, we found the breakfast to be quite slim. Cereal, waffles and an apple. Coffee and juice was good..
