米爾瓦基西沃瓦託薩索內斯塔飯店(Sonesta Milwaukee West Wauwatosa)

Location perfect to get to ball park. Really appreciated shuttle service. Food available close by. Front desk personnel excellent. Having bar open before and after event perfect.

I don’t know why this hotel is a 4.5 star hotel. The pictures online look much nicer than the actual hotel. There were a group of adults smoking pot in the front entrance, the hallways and room spelled smokey, and everything is extremely out of date. The only positive was the 2 different ladies that worked the front desk during our stay were very friendly and kind so none of our disappointments were brought up to them. We will never stay here again though.

I have traveled a LOT over the years. Rarely do you find a staff and a quality place like this Sonesta Hotel. I think this is my first time with a Sonesta property but NOT MY LAST!!!!

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The restaurant is not open even though advertised. We tried to stop by the bar at 945pm and it was not open. Staff working at checkout said weekends it is usually open later than 9 but wasn’t real sure why it wasn’t. Not sure it has been open at all during our stay. Would stay again and we do recommend it however don’t plan on a restaurant or bar.

Effortless check-in, clean hotel/toom, in a convenient & safe location near shopping and restaurants. The hotel is a good value. I have stayed here many times before and will continue

I did not know what to expect. The property is very nice and the staff were excellent and very friendly. I really enjoyed taking with Danielle the FnB gal and the maintenance man (I did not catch his name). I will come back, when I visit again

This is our second stay. The beds are incredibly comfy and the rooms are always clean! Staff is amazing and very friendly! Overall the hotel is great. There is minor weather and tear on some of the wood areas of furniture, but it's nothing uncommon with frequent guests on and out that is common in all hotels. This is my preferred stay for the Milwaukee area!
