沃基根大湖區豪生飯店(Howard Johnson by Wyndham Waukegan Great Lakes)

Nothing unique, but it was clean throughout. Had to ppush on door for it to shut properly, went to use the phone to replace tv remote ( not working), BR sink plugged and drained very slowly. Went up front to tell them the problems, was told someone would be down to replace phone, no one showed up till morning . Was told that morning that since we booked from a 3rd party, we couldn't get refund, that we had to notify *******. You have now been notified.

We went to Navy Boot camp graduation and this was just a five minute drive and they have shuttle service back n forth as well. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. Good size fridge and microwave, coffee maker and iron in room. Beds were comfortable and pillows were so nice quality. Parking lot felt very safe and well lit. The whole area felt clean and safe and a shopping mall with Walmart not far away. Staff was helpful and friendly and all smiles. They had a huge US navy balloon arch in lobby witch was nice for photos. Great restaurant across parking lot. Thank you for a great experience

Check in was easy. The staff was Very friendly.. The location was perfect distance from my Mom and Dad's house. Housekeeping staff always met you with a smile.

It was affordable and accommodating. The TV services were pretty good and the discount at the on-site restaurant was very nice.

Variedad en desayuno del hotel,que pongan ,yogures, frutas y te.

The housekeeper was the best, she made little sailor hats in my room because I was in the navy.

Cerca de la Base de Great Lakes. Todo está cerca. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas.
