The staff were friendly, room was clean, comfortable and price was fab!
There was a delay in letting us into our room but they were apologetic.

When we say the picture on *******, we assumed the unit included a kitchen, but it was only a kitchen room available for all guests (a little deceiving).
However we found the management very accommodating, providing all we asked for (dishes, bowls, cutlery, paper plates).
Room was clean.
Housekeeping service was very very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Put in a low class room and not the one I reserved.
I had to get battery out of smoke detector and they did not replace.
Pilot light out in furnace - very cold the first night. They offered a small space heater and then never got the furnace working,
Missing lightbulbs
I think they should not be on ******* as they are not keeping up the property!!
Cleaning of room was minimal…..
Plug ins not up to code and the ones there didn’t work,

Friendly staff. budget friendly train across the road but slept well, i have stayed here a few times now stopping in at the spa for a float overnight while driving across Canada decent hot water and good shower pressure. Small fridge, microwave and tv.

Awkward check in as no one on-site. Rooms need cleaning and updating. Stayed 2 nights but moved for the next 2 nights.
