凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Waterbury)

My stay at Quality Inn was really good. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and in the morning they have bagged breakfasts (because of the virus). But overall everything was great 👍. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The motel was fine -- relatively clean (there were a few spots of mold on the tile in the bathroom), comfortable and convenient. I did think the offerings for the included breakfast were sp**** -- waffles, sugared yogurt, sugary cold cereals, apples, orange juice and tea;coffee -- but no toast, no bagels, no plain yogurt, no bananas or oranges, no eggs, no breakfast meats, no cream cheese. A fuller breakfast selection would have made this a GREAT place, rather than merely good.

There was a live roach on the bed room #104. There was also loud music being played on the room next door where I stayed #113 late night early morning.

The condition of the room was satisfactory clean. That’s what is pleasing when ever I stay at a hotel.

The service was not as good as it should be. This is about customer service only. Please allow front desk receptionist that you hire have customer service skills. She was not helpful at all. After asking for information to look up the room, she still couldn't find our reservation when we tried to check out. She then shut down and didn't follow up with us like she said she would and it's been two days now with no call from her manager. Casilda or Casalva is her name.
