"This place needs to be shut down!!!! They use it for vulnerable people and the environmental health need to go in and inspect the living conditions which they have these vulnerable people living in. The woman’s husband entered my daughters room when she was asleep. She’s 20 years old and was terrified, The woman told my daughter it wasn’t a hotel room but when we complained about the man entering the room the Whitechapel argued that it was housekeeping. When we had previously been told it wasn’t a hotel and they DO NOT HAVE HOUSEKEEPING! They have rat traps in the rooms and the place in covered in mould so much that my daughter became Ill, when my daughter went to collect her things someone had been in her room and removed all the rat traps and had cleaned her room to cover they’re tracks it’s absolutely disgusting that this is the way vulnerable people are being treated. Mould is a serious health hazard and this will be effecting people’s health. It needs to be investigated and shut down!!"
