Stayed in January, arrived late in the evening but had phoned ahead and asked for the heating to be checked in the room as some places turn them on when you arrive. Was told it was on. It was not. Worst experience ever in a hotel. Manager told me to book again through them and they would look after me.
Same experience again last. Feel like a right mug. They are saving on heating and can’t heat the rooms fully I feel as I see other reviews saying the same.
