Established in the mid 60’s, it is not only beautiful but also very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Boone, Linville, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock are just minutes away. The local area is teeming with activities and attractions. Hiking, golf, fishing, rafting, climbing, waterfalls and the list goes on. Sometimes rain, fog, snow, sleet, or ice create unexpected and hazardous driving conditions - especially during the colder months of November - April. Since road conditions may become hazardous during your stay, an All-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains and the ability to drive on snow and ice are strongly recommended to get to and from the property and surrounding areas.
