One of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever encountered. Had a very late arrival, about 1:00am and was given the room key to an occupied room. After minutes of trying to get the key to work, the guest opened the door to let me know I had the wrong room. I went back to the front desk and explain the situation to the gentleman working. He said they must have given me the wrong room, key, and, without apology, gave me a different room. Those keys didn’t work. I went back downstairs and explained the situation and he reprogrammed the keys. Those keys didn’t work either. I went back down, frustrated, and he came up and let us in with a master key and told us they were out of keys. The next morning I went down and spoke with the manager, and she said it was his first night left alone. She was able to program keys for me and comped me some points on my IHG account. As of my writing of this review, those points are not reflected, very disappointed in this property all together.
