Situated in a wonderful neighborhood the Found has the potential to be an amazing stay, but there were too many issues to forgive. My room had an active leak that’s clearly been going on for weeks. The room hate paint peeling from the leak. Room was clearly worn with a great deal of quick caulk fixes throughout the room. I won’t be staying here again. There is no staff or concierge present which became a big issue when the fire alarm triggered at 8:30 in the morning.

Not as advertized Room not as advertized at all. Very small, no table to put your Cpap machine. Had to put it on the bed next to me. Outlets are hard to reach and not that many. Floor not even. Definitely not worth what i paid for the stay. Was very difficult to get check in information and required numerous phone calls. Very frustrating and not worth the price.

Overall this was a great experience, good place to stay, and would stay there again. There were some small cleanliness oversights in the room like crumbs on one end table. The lobby and hallway were also not dirty, but untidy. This stay was at an unstaffed location, but made me wonder when it had been serviced. On a Sunday night, the only trash can in the lobby was overflowing, and one of the few conveniences in the lobby, a small coffee machine, was broken and appeared to have been in the state for some time with no indication of it being broken and the supplies (coffee pods, and sugar) fully stocked. This seemed to signal a lack of timely care for the common spaces especially.

Nice enough Nice place, but no on site staff to assist with any issues. I loved the mattress, but was surprised that there was no mini fridge. Also, no daily refresh of the room. We had to reuse the 3 paper cups for several days, which was not ideal.
