Visit to Howard University Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year!

Close to Howard The building is a little old, but the property was tidy and had everything we needed. Contact Reza to control the air/heating! Very short walk to the Howard campus.

Fantastic Rental! Incredible Host! Walking distance from amazing coffee shop, safeway, other restaurants and more. Reza is by far one of the best hosts ive ever rented from. He is attentive, helpful, always around to call, and never gave any pushback on our requests. Rezas rental was spacious had everything we needed and was always around if not! 5/5 my goto for all DC trips! (Stayed 11 nights).
