The main floor bath has a full-size bath tub with a hand-held sprayer for the smaller kiddos. The lower level has the second bath, new laundry and an extra full-size refrigerator. The lower level was finished in 2021 to include a large bedroom and games area, complete with a dartboard and foosball table. - Blue Bedroom: King Bed - Green Bedroom: Queen Bed - Lower level bedroom: King Bed & Full Bed - Den/TV Room: Day Bed & Trundle with TV BUNK HOUSE CLOSED FOR WINTER. Other info: -3 night minimum in the off season, 6-7 day rentals only during the peak summer months. - Local property care taker does an on-site check at some point during rental to make sure you are well cared for. - Weekly rentals only in the summer months. - Linens are provided, bring your own beach towels. - There is NO SMOKING allowed on the premises.
