不幸的是，整個酒店只有兩個年輕小伙子在工作。 他們看起來不太專業，明明我已經透過旅行社付款了，他們還是收了我的房費——後來他們退款了，但那是在我親自去跟他們交涉並出示銀行賬單之後才退的……而且我丈夫還得再去一趟才能把退款辦好！不知道為什麼，跟我溝通一下還不夠！ 餐廳裡幾乎沒有什麼菜，只有漢堡！ 房間本身也需要徹底翻新，浴室看起來非常髒，而且破敗不堪。 考慮到這是聖誕禮物的一部分，這次入住體驗真是令人失望。 絕對不會再來了。

舒適的飯店，附停車場。一切都很棒。很喜歡自助入住系統。唯一要注意的是，飯店位置離市區稍遠，更適合自駕遊的旅客。總的來說，這是一次不錯的體驗。 :)

We were told that we were unable to buy dinner in the restaurant and it was fully booked… even though it was visibly 3/4 empty. After a long day of travelling with 3 young children the last thing we wanted to do was leave the hotel to get some food. It was very disappointing. Won’t be staying here again. We booked this stay for ease however it became the opposite.

Very poor organisation!! The room I was given had visible moisture damage on the ceiling, right above the sink, and it was still handed over in that condition. It feels like they only care about selling rooms, with no empathy for the guests is completely unacceptable. The elevators were covered in marks and very dirty, and the stairs were also not clean. One of the worst parts was the bathroom near the restaurant it was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. Breakfast and dinner were chaotic, poorly organised, and overall a terrible experience. I honestly don’t understand what is going on there. The management is completely absent at this hotel. I have never seen anything like it. After this experience, I would never return with my children without checking reviews first. I should have done that beforehand. Very poor management overall. I would rather pay a bit more and stay in a different hotel.

Really surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of the whole team at this hotel. From check in to breakfast to the ladies servicing the rooms, they were all great. Room was good and breakfast also. Would definitely stay here again

我住過全國各地很多家Premier Inn酒店，但這家絕對是我見過最糟糕的。房間乾淨整潔，但餐廳千萬別去。我們被告知是餐桌服務，但實際上根本沒人招呼客人，我們只能在餐廳裡到處找人點餐。披薩等了90分鐘才上桌，比我們晚到一小時的人都先吃了。餐廳裡一片混亂，所有員工都像在夢遊，完全不知道自己在做什麼。我們在那裡待了兩個小時，最後乾脆拒絕付帳。第二天情況更糟，我們預訂的早餐被取消了，因為廚師沒來，而且這種情況似乎經常發生。 Premier Inn肯定有人注意到酒吧生意慘淡，投訴不斷，他們只需要一個真正懂行的經理來管理餐廳和酒吧就行了。
