Sue’s farmhouse is stunning. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, brilliant shower. Breakfast was delicious and cooked superbly. The grounds are beautiful. So quiet and we left feeling very relaxed, refreshed and wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend to everyone.

Lovely b&b in a quiet village with great pub 5 minutes walk away. Directions were clear and parking was plentiful. We had a warm welcome from Sue who showed us to our studio room beside the main farmhouse. Everything was spotlessly clean and the superking bed was really comfortable. Despite having a kitchenette we were able to have breakfast in the farmhouse. The cereals/fruit/yoghurt and full English set us up for the day. Thanks to Sue for making us so comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if in the area.

What were we hoping for in a few days away at a farmhouse B&B? A clean and comfortable room (we were in Katrina's room), a power shower that knocks you off your feet (!), peace and quiet, a beautiful view from the room, excellent breakfast served with no fuss, easy parking and a delightful village with a good pub. All of this was delivered in spades by Sue, our host who was efficient, charming and good company. It was a pleasure to visit.

Lovely B&B. Sue is a lovely lady -very friendly and helpful. She also does a fantastic Breakfast! Our room was great - roomy and very comfortable bed. Choice of a Bath or a walk in shower in the bathroom, which was also a very good size. Will definitely stay there again, and highly reccomend it.

This is an old property, which oozes charm. Set in an idyllic location, with the quaint village to one side, (with a superb pub/restaurant 5 mins walk away) and rolling fields and fishing lakes to the other, it is the perfect location to unwind and recharge. We stayed in Katrina’s room, which was large, with a super comfy king size bed, en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and corner shower. It has everything you need within it, and views overlooking the fisheries, fields and gardens. The rest of the house is filled with beautiful furniture, and has such a relaxed atmosphere. The owner, Sue, is the perfect host. She met us upon arrival, and we were provided with coffee and cake. She also makes the most delicious cooked breakfasts. We stayed for three nights at this property, and will certainly be returning.

Charming and superbly run bed and breakfast. In a beautiful setting, lovely clean rooms, excellent breakfast, outstanding hosts. In a peaceful village with a nice pub walking distance down the road. Beautiful gardens and birdlife are a bonus. I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel We arrived later than i booked, we were welcomed and put at ease, taken to our room, which was very clean and later than we were expecting. We had a lovely sleep on a comfortable bed. Breakfast was full English cooked to our requirements. Sue the owner was very helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful old farmhouse, full of character in a delightful village. We were made very welcome by the lovely host, Sue, and our room was gorgeous and included both a roll top bath and a walk in shower. The bed was super comfy and the views from the bedroom over the garden and lakes was fantastic. Really lovely breakfast and they catered for vegetarians as well. Thank you Sue for making our stay special with your lovely accommodation.

What a gorgeous house. It has buckets of character and my room (Katrina's Room) was massive, as was the bathroom with roll top bath and spacious shower. Bed was so comfy and the views stunning, even in the pouring, February rain. Sue was a fab host and her brekkie was divine. Will be back next time I'm in the area. The pub down the road is also rather lovely. Great food and atmosphere. A refreshing change from the bland, chain hotels I usually have to stay in!
