I had an awful experience staying at this hotel apartment, I stayed for 5 nights, and on my 4th day, I went down to the reception, and asked for a housekeeper to empty the rubbish bin, the guy told me that “ We don’t provide the cleaning service, you do it yourself” I kindly asked the hotel staff to help me book the fine-dining restaurant, and she impolitely answered me “ We don’t provide this service, and I can’t help you “ I was so shocked by their service, arrogant and rude Polish staff. I was so disappointed with their attitudes, I have been traveling around the world, this is the worst experience in my entire life. I rate this 2 stars.

Very nice and a truly 5 Star apparent with all facilities available will definitely return again and it’s a prime location in Warsaw

接待員的反應很好。然而，其中一張卡由於磁力問題或其他原因無法使用，而且房間裡有一個安全套，這讓我感到不舒服，因為它沒有得到很好的清潔。除此之外房間很乾淨。

首先我想說的是它的位置非常好。步行到市中心或搭乘巴士很方便。一樓的 Biedronka 也很有用。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，A 塔設有 24 小時接待處。我選擇了「高級」房間，乍一看它看起來很棒，但是，仔細觀察後你會發現牆上有一些細小的裂縫和細小的磨損。廚房基本上配備，檯面有一處破裂（MDF層壓板），你已經可以在這個房間看到時間的牙齒。櫥櫃無法正確關閉（鉸鏈被撕掉），從好的方面來說，有洗衣機（但沒有粉末/膠囊）和洗碗機（一個膠囊可停留 3 天），有時用櫥櫃中的一顆螺絲固定水槽下面有一股難聞的氣味。客廳不錯，電視有點舊，但有很多國外頻道，沙發舒服。至於浴室，沒什麼好抱怨的，很好，有凝膠和熱水，只是白色毛巾上有小紅點（也許是口紅？）。臥室條件也很好，有新鮮的寢具、電視，唯一的問題是門硬硬的，床後面的燈不能用。 總而言之，客廳和臥室的空調、浴室的清潔度、友善的工作人員、免費無線網路當然是有利的。另一方面，我記得最多的缺點是臥室門的問題（可能落在鉸鏈上）和廚房櫥櫃的問題 - 鉸鏈被撕壞以及（注意！）未能在截止日期前退貨存款，我等了整整一個月（只有在不接受交易後，銀行才撤回付款）！我也就此寫了一封電子郵件，但沒有收到回覆。
