Amazing top deal, Ibis is always a pleasure, they really know how to deliver professional good services. The room was clean and modern, loved the interior design, the lobby really cozy, they also had a restaurant there with good food and nice cocktails, perfect to relax after a very long trip.
Hotel location is not centrally situated in downtown city center. However, it’s quite convenient by metro + bus for a very well connection to all attractions and international airport. Overall, I will come back for my next visit to WARSAW. 至於住宿房間,基本上衛生清潔度還ok!若是在衞生間能置放「除臭劑」就更好。因為異味很重在浴室間呆久受不了!估計天氣反潮也有關必須馬上改善會使住客住得更愉快。謝謝。
Over the years I stayed several times at this hotel, although its location is not very convenient for a tourist in Warsaw or for people having business downtown. Nonetheless, in the past I choose often to stay here because, in my opinion, this was the hotel of the Hilton group providing the greatest comfort, luxury and good treatment in all Poland. I come back after two years of absence due to the pandemic, and I discover that it is no longer so. Let me anyway say that the hotel remains pleasant and comfortable as before, but its top-quality performances are over. The first reason of my present discontent is in the food, once a strong point of this hotel. Breakfast now appears sloppily conceived and prepared: I stayed at the hotel 7 days, and for 7 days I had to eat my omelette without any accompanying side dish because the baked potatoes, the stewed beans and the bacon were definitely undercooked, and I was forced to leave them on the plate, untouched. Then I turned my attention to the sweets, which were nicely represented by the Belgian waffles and the pancakes, but I had to renounce to both of them because they were offered either without any topping at all (like the Belgian waffles) or with totally inappropriate ones (enough to say that the main toppings made available for the pancakes were ketchup and mayonnaise !). The rest of the breakfast was reasonable, but nothing special. Anyway, based on the experience made with breakfast, I avoided having any other meals at the hotel, even if this involved taking a bus and going downtown, several kilometres away. Another reason of my dissatisfaction was the evident change in the way of relating to customers. Formerly, relations were warm and welcoming, as it is appropriate in a classy hotel, but this time all contacts were cold, detached and strictly functional, as if taking care of the customer was considered an annoyance to be disposed of as quickly as possible. Certainly I was served correctly, but during my 7-days stay I never got a smile, nor was I ever greeted with a welcoming ”hello, how are you to day ?”. Upon departure, no one took care of asking me the classic question ”was everything OK with your stay ?”, and, having transmitted in writing some comments to the management (including the praise for one member of the staff who still maintains a high-profile style in its relations with the customers) I did not get any reply from them. Simple lapses in style, of course; but these lapses normally occur in hotels with few stars. To complete the picture, I shall also mention that at check-in I had enormous difficulties in obtaining such a modest advantage as a room with external view, although I am a Diamond member of the Hilton Honors program. Lastly, I was really disappointed with the elimination of the ”executive lounge”. This is a service provided by the best hotels to the high-end customers: its elimination marks in a definitive way the loss of prestige of the hotel. In conclusion, the h

Went mid-october for 3 nights. Check-in was ok, except need to be proactive to have information (WIFI, breakfast, etc..) Room was big, nice decoration (but was surprised when I learnt that the room is done on request.....) Gym, swimming pool and spa are the the good point of the hotel, Breakfast was bad. First morning i arrived 30 min before the end and i have to go in the Lobby, food was cold. and even orange juice and some plates were empty. For the location, it's not so great even there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. If you want to walk to the old town count at least 30-40 min walk. At the end, hotel is not expensive but 4-5 stars is a bit overrated
訪訪客The hotel is ok. One thing that I noticed was that they forgot to empty the rubbish bin in the bathroom with someone's dirty socks in it. But for one-night stay that was not a big deal. The problem that I had was that I left my neck chain with a silver cross in that same bathroom. Nothing special, not expensive, but that was ”a part of me” :) I left Warsaw and Poland but called the reception on the evening the same day. The receptionist had problems speaking English so I tried by best Polish. She seemed to understand and asked to call the next day. I called the next day about ten times but they hanged up every time. Obviously fixed my number and did not want to bother. I wrote an e-mail explaining the case and suggesting solutions. No answer. I suspect some cleaning lady liked the thing. Sad.
訪訪客I stayed here for a few nights on a sightseeing trip and had a lovely stay. The location is convenient for getting around as there are tram and bus stops directly outside the hotel and also a metro station less than ten minutes away (Dworzec Gdanski). You can also walk to the Old town easily. To and from the airport I preferred taking a taxi though as there is no direct line. The breakfast had everything I expected; various breads, cereals and hot dishes such as scrambled egg and sausages and fruit. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the only noise I heard was from the odd siren outside during the night (I stayed in a room facing the busy street but was on the 5th floor so that helped). The rooms were very warm though and the air condition seemed to be set to heating only (maybe always at this time of year) so this was a little uncomfortable. The duvet was really thick as well so took a while to get used to. Other than that I think it's a great hotel for the price and location and would highly recommend it. The wifi was also superb, worked throughout the hotel and didn't cut out once.
訪訪客Cleanliness and order every day, the presence of a hair dryer in the shower, comfortable and high-quality gel / shampoo in the shower and soap in the toilet, high-quality toilet paper. Comfortable mattress, comfortable and stylish beds, modern interior throughout the hotel, shower and toilet in the room, delicious breakfast, the staff speaks Russian, Polish, English, convenient location in Warsaw
訪訪客The Hostel is located near many good restaurants, convenience stores and bars which is perfect to make an exploration base in Warsaw and relax in the evening. The check in was smooth and easy but there are instructions for after hours because the front desk is not always attended - this includes codes for doors and how to check out if you are leaving very early We booked the queen room and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms were quiet and had comfy beds with good pillows. We were supplied with towels but no soap/shampoo but luckily it seems that previous guests left behind some body wash. The queen room was on the fourth floor and did not have a private bathroom but did have a bathroom shared between a few rooms. The queen room was also without coverings for the window and was a bit stuffy - to solve this we draped a blanket over the window and kept it open to keep it cool. Our family stayed in a room with the bunk bed and had a private bathroom and curtains but all bathrooms were a little smelly (from the drains). The bathroom smell issue was easily resolved by keeping the door shut. The hostel has a good common area with a kitchen and many showers and toilets on the main floor of the hostel. The hostel staff appear to be able to arrange tours or make suggestions but we were on our way out of Warsaw so we didn't test this. The hostel has door codes to access the building and the floors with rooms so it felt quite safe. We also appreciated that they had an elevator here which made it very accessible. The public transport system make it very convenient to get around Warsaw and rideshares are inexpensive in Poland. We enjoyed walking and had no issues getting to major attractions in Poland like the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science, the old town area and many nice gardens and squares. We got a good night's rest here.
訪訪客We stayed in the large room and really enjoyed the location. We are walkers and found we were pretty centrally located with a 40 minute walk to Old Town, 30 minutes to Warsaw Uprising Museum, 15 minutes to Palace of Culture and Science, 3 minute walk to Hala Koszyki and a 20 minute walk to Lazienki Park. Every direction we went there was something to see. A big plus for the location was that we were surrounded by many fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes. The beds were decently comfy but the hostel is in an older building and being so close to the bars meant the street below was occasionally noisy. The hostel is quite clean and charming though. We appreciated that we had a kitchen with cookware and plates but we hadn't planned to use it - could have probably saved a few dollars if we did though. The large room we stayed in was nicely appointed with a table, chairs and TV. We found the room got a little warm at times but the big windows did a good job at cooling it down but I don't think I would choose this place in hot weather because people can be noisy until 1 in the morning and it would take away from my sleep. As far as we know there is not an elevator in this building and it is quite a hike to get to the third floor to check in so if you have mobility issues you may want to reconsider staying at this hostel. The area for check in has a kitchen and a place to hangout so might be worthwhile if you booked a shared room. There are some small balconies that belong to the hostel so you can sit on them with a book or have a smoke. We were a little surprised that despite booking a large room we did not have a private bathroom. If you need a private bathroom make sure that it says that in the description of the room or you will settle for shared. We didn't mind because the bathroom was clean and available whenever we needed it. We shared it with three other rooms and had no issues with cleanliness during our stay. The hostel only provides a small bottle of soap per person so you may want to consider bring your own shampoo. If the bathroom was unavailable we had the option of using one in another area of the hostel. Check in was kind of fun because it is next to the area where people can hang out so I had troubles hearing the lady at the counter. They understand that their stairs are a little bit of a maze so they will help you get to your room. The key they gave us had a door code so we could get in on our own. You will need to have a smaller bill (ie 5 Euros) for deposit for the room. We were told that we could exit through the stairs near our room but the door was locked when we stayed and we couldn't figure out how to open it. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we found it was a good, inexpensive and central base for us while we explored Warsaw.
