Our space is an open concept studio, with a full kitchen, one queen bed, a pullout sofa bed that sleeps two, full bath, and full size washer and dryer. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. As you explore the down town area just outside the BNB, you'll discover an array of fantastic restaurants, excellent shopping, and just 3 blocks from the UCM campus.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

UCM Graduation
Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from UCM. Fantastic property right downtown and within walking distance of Pine Street.

Loved it!
I stayed here for two weeks while I was taking an aviation maintenance course in Kingsville(about 30 minutes away). This studio was really great to come back to every day and had everything that I needed. Parking is usually pretty easy to find in the city lots that are about a 1-2 minute walk away, but just be aware if there is a large event(like a parade) because you might have to park in a lot that is just a little bit further away(5-minute walk). Everything was clean and had a really great vibe to it!
