"This hotel was in a perfect location for our families spring break trip while we visited the Mamath Caves, Lost River Cave and the National Corvette Measume. Plenty of restaurants around and easy on/off of the main hwy. Breakfast being included was a plus. My boyfriend enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the kids loved the waffles. The pool and hot tub were loved by all and we went in them all of the three nights we were there. The rooms were average size and nothing special, could use a little fixing up here and there and maybe some hooks on back of bathroom door or a rack above toilet for a place to hang towels but it was a place to sleep and shower. One thing I can say is that the parking lot was not very large in the front of the hotel and most spots already taken as times we came and went so we had to park on the side lot which is on a slanted hill and it's a pain in the butt getting in and out. We would still stay again as the price for what you get was the best we found around."

"The room was not expensive but wasn’t a great value. On a positive note, the room was quiet, clean, and the plumbing and A/C worked. Negatives were: Had to go to the desk to get soap and TP. Breakfast, which is billed as included, was very minimal. Went elsewhere for breakfast after the first morning. The hotel doesn’t have a lobby and the breakfast area, where there are tables and chairs, is only available during breakfast hours."

"The water took forever to get hot. The room was extremely dusty. There was no internet because of a storm 3 days earlier. They should have gotten it fixed within 3 days. We were told at 11pm that we could go over to another hotel across the street, but it was too late and we were in our pajamas."
