Holiday Inn Express 雪城，展覽會場(Holiday Inn Express Syracuse-Fairgrounds)

Overall, the hotel was fine. We stayed Friday night and again Sunday night. Friday night stay I found seriously stained sheet. It was after 11 so I crossed my fingers and hoped it was a stain that didn’t wash out completely. Sunday night, different room but the desk chair should have been tossed out weeks ago. The faux leather on the back was shredded, peeling and completely gross. We didn’t use the chair so, again, I let it go. If we reserve again, I WILL inspect the room prior to accepting a room.

It was fine, but wouldn't be my first choice to stay at in the area....or second. Didn't find the room to be the cleanest, bugs in room, needed to ask for furniture to be wiped down as there was i don't know what on it. could hear people in hall, the ice machine, outside noice...so didn't find it the quietest. If you need a place to stay for a night or two for a quick stay it's fine. Breakfast was nice, good selection, added to the value and quality of the stay.

I did not like that. I had to go back down to the desk because I did not get into the room. And I was told the hotel is old so I had to turn the handle up instead of down. Also trying to login to the Wi-Fi and asked for my last name so I had to call the desk for them to walk me through it so I can get on with the access code other than that it’s fine and I will stay here again

The area and location was not as expected from the web site. Your hotel is buried by tall ****s, A yard sign for the driveway, on a dead end street. I actually drove into the trucking parking lot in order to get to yours. Floor tile in bathroom was loose and grout was missing everywhere. On a positive note, the breakfast was a big 5. we stopped at 4 different areas to get directions to your place, Unfortunate that the only one that thought it might be there was I gave him the address.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Property and our room were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the free hot breakfast in the morning and found they had a lot of selection. Lots of parking. If you have access to a car, the mall and other amenities are a short drive.

Loved the hotel and staff. Will definitely stay here again. I think there should be bigger signs showing how to get into the hotel. It's out in the middle of nowhere. The first time driving in was somewhat strange especially in the dark. Great stay. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful staff.

Everything was great except our last night they had a marching band staying. They were running the halls keeping many of us up most of the night. Chaperones thought it was funny. We were a group of like 20+ couples.

Overall positive experience for a one night stop-over location. Bed was comfortable and breakfast bar was nice. Somewhat of an odd location apart from other amenities.
