Nice hotel, but water was off all day until 3pm. Wasn’t able to take care of personal hygiene until then

Never again There was no internet or cable when arrived waited 3 hours for check in which was fine under the situation. I spoke with the front desk ladies whom apologized about not being ready. 10 minutes before there shift was over they told me everything was good gave me 1 key and the green card for the internet information. When we went in the room there was nothing on they lied i explained ahead of time i have a special needs child with me they assured me everything was good. Then when i called 2 minutes after i reached my room i got an apology say we thought ot was back on. Even though it was only 2 minutes i had to leave because of my disabled daughter. They should of refunded me to show good faith. Its cant be all about money you have to care as well.

Stained carpets in the bedroom, otherwise room is clean and quiet. Central ac is a big plus. Breakfast quality and selection is below average needs improvement.

Excellent stay My stay was excellent from check in, to the excellent and delicious breakfast up to the time we checked out. I will definitely stay there again!!

Never Again No water Asked desk , said no water , vending only Vending machine out of water , told desk , they didn’t care , very noisey , booming bass from cars outside half the night Over priced, would never stay here again.

The property is a little dated. The wifi didn’t work consistently. I went down to front desk and they rebooted the router but it didn’t work. This was a big problem for me. Breakfast was nothing special despite all the reviews about how good it was. We were at a holiday inn express the night before and breakfast there was much better. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.
