Perfect for a family getaway, golfing trips, Girl’s Weekends, or corporate retreats, The Manse at Warm Springs features 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a Four Seasons den with fireplace on an acre of land right across from a babbling brook. The Manse is pet friendly. Walk next door to the historic Waterwheel Restaurant and Simon Kenton Pub for dinner or drinks. Fun and Relaxed
The stay was amazing, the hous was warm and welcoming and the beds were comfie! There was ample room for my dogs to run around on the property and aven a small fenced in area to let them out for a quick potty trip. Amazing place to stay, cook and relax with friends and family!

cute historical house in great location!
stayed here with my immediate family including my 2 year old nephew. the house is SO cute and loved that we could walk places from it, including the waterwheel restaurant. the host even messaged me with some recommended things to do and see! whether you have a small group, large group, friends, or family, this is the perfect house no matter who you're traveling with!

Meets Expectations
Plenty of space for all guests. Enjoyed playing chess and card games from the game cabinet. Wifi was most needed as surrounding areas had no service. Bedrooms did not have TVs.

Unique and enjoyable stay. Surrounding area was beautiful and far enough from the crowds of Lexington. The property provided enough space for a large group so that we did not feel like we were on top of each other.

Amazing Home
We had a fabulous time at Leigh’s home. It is so beautiful and restful. We all wished we could have stayed a few more days! The home had every convenience. Nice plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans. Ideal for a family gathering or a quiet getaway. We enjoyed walking around the town and taking in the beautiful views. Certainly hope to visit again!

Great location. Roomy and nicely decorated. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped
The Manse is roomy and comfortable once we found the thermostat and turned the heat on. We loved the decor and the location. We couldn’t turn on the pellet stove or gas logs. The Smart TV was also too
