房間乾淨整潔寬敞舒適度高，夜晚安靜，窗户可以通風。早餐水果新鮮好吃，菜品豐富，前台服務熱情周到，門僮服務熱情，進出酒店幫忙開門，超出預期的一次居住體驗。要是毛巾浴巾再白凈些就更好了。

位置一般，距離商場較遠，周邊就有中餐館，早餐還可以，適合中國人口味；房間大床很舒服，隔音也很好，可以安心睡覺

入住感覺超棒，衞生環境服務都挺好

Have stayed here many times for business trips, convenient location to office. Service is great!

Dari semua makanan buffet breakfast nya yg enak cuma omelet, selebihnya kemanisan, keasinan dan hambar. Untuk kamar oke2 aja standar sesuai harga, lokasi strategis sih dkt tol.

Bersih, nyaman

Hotel was good, maintenance of hotel was average. Sauna for example was not very well maintained. Staff was very friendly.

The vibes is so chill. This place must have some attention, because the food is so good. The employee is so humble and polite, they always smiling to the customer. For joy is a good place to take your family for lunch, dinner. Thanks forbis hote for your service. See you another time

Best bed size, AC working good. Breakfast quite good and various. Bit uncomfortable with front desk staff that starring to us during our way to restaurant, but waitress really helpful. Check-in almost midnight but lobby really quiet, better to put some soft instrumental music in lobby area.
