Food, facilities and service generally superb, but a little expensive, and not every staff member was great. Also, whislt the food and wine were wonderful, the beer on offer was definitely substandard.

Hotel precioso El hotel es precioso, muy grande, se extiende no en altura sino en superficie. Tiene muchos espacios diferentes: restaurantes de diversa categoría, bar, espacios para fiestas incluida discoteca y un terreno enorme. La habitación amplia, con una decoración exquisita. Y las dos “recepcionistas” que nos atendieron tanto a la llegada como a la salida muy amables y agradables.

A pleasant surprise and great value for money, property was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the brasserie and it's one of the nicest meals we've had a in a long time. Will be back!

Short stay Enjoyed the stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Ordering gluten-free and dairy-free food was easy, although just a salad for lunch with tomato, lettuce and onion was a bit uninspired.

Great place to stay, just off the A1, quiet and peaceful with a really great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Little gem in Wandsford We had a lovely stay, the hotel was wonderful and had a beautiful walled garden. We booked a garden room which had its own patio/seating area which over looked the garden and was especially nice as we had good weather. bed very comfy. Breakfast plentiful. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but can recommend the local pub, The Papermills, food was outstanding. The village of wandsford is very picturesque and had lovely walks by the river from the hotel to wandsford train station, which is an old station running steam trains to ferry meadows which was definitely worth a visit.
