松巴島魯阿海灘度假村(Rua Beach Resort Sumba)

Super verblijf! Wat een aardige eigenaar. Hele fijne sfeer. Echt een aanrader. Goed eten dus dat maakt het nog makkelijker. Strand is aangrenzend. Wij komen terug. Dat is zeker :)

Antonio le directeur de l hôtel est à l image de ce charmant hôtel ! Belle décoration authentique , Personnel adorable , propre Très bien placé , devant la plage . Nourriture fraîche , poisson exceptionnel ! Je recommande ce lieu exceptionnel vivement ….

We hebben veel beoordelingen gelezen, en zijn het niet eens de negatieve. De situatie op Sumba in aanmerking genomen een goede en zeer gastvrije accommodatie, waarbij de gedreven manager jongeren aan een fatsoenlijk bestaan in het toerisme helpt. Negatieve geluiden als " geen WIFI", " verouderd" of "eten niet goed" zijn verwend gedrag van zich reizigers noemende individuen die niet verder kijken dan hun eigen luxe leventje en zich niet verdiepen in de lokale bevolking en omstandigheden. Wij waren er tijdens de verkiezingen en de eigenaar had besloten het hotel te sluiten voor de veiligheid, maar onze reservering stond al heel lang en ze hebben gewoon voor ons alleen de deur open gehouden; we waren de enige gasten hierdoor maar ze zorgden keurig voor ons natje en droogje. Dit is tenminste duurzaam voor de plaatselijke inwoners. Het is geen vier sterren naar Westerse maatstaven, maar zeker wel voor Sumba! Peter en Ilona

L’hôtel est agréable mais il mériterait une modernisation des chambres et plusieurs points sont à améliorer : le personnel est très gentil mais aucun parle pas l’anglais sauf le propriétaire, et il n’y a pour le moment aucune organisation pour le surf.

Hotel was empty, it was a hot mess, there was unfinished structures thru out the property, 75% of the menu was not available, was hard to order food, each time we ordered something, waiter would come back to let us know they don’t have it. Only the manager spoke English fluently, the rest of the staff spoke very little English to none, though they were very nice. No wifi in the rooms or phone service, so you end up spending a lot of time in the reception area. More importantly, we were not allowed to go in the ocean, I’ve never heard of this before, apparently they have a religious ceremony on oct 26th and the local customs don’t allow that portion of the beach to be used, bizarre, why would they not specify on the website and offer discounts? Basically you end up in a messy hotel, on front of a beautiful beach you cannot swim in and almost no food to order. Also, they would sat us at the table not in front of each other but next to each other as if people shouldn’t face each other when they eat, they need some training on dining etiquette, also, for some reason they had jars with sugar on each table and were full of ants, no idea how the hotel stays in business

De premier abord c est un endroit magnifique. 3 piscines, bungalows jolie restaurant à côté de la piscine. Tout pourrait être bien sauf q en grattant un peu cet endroit manque d entretien. Fuite d eau dans la SDB, bondé du lavabo rouillée WC pas propre La piscine trop chaude il ne l'a font pas tourner assez à mon avis Côté restaurant un manque cruel de plat qui sont pourtant sur la carte comme les fruits de mer le hamburger ou des fruits comme des bananes Et le prix du restaurant est prohibitif voir du vol. Personnel très agréable et attentionné malgré tout

Beautifull beach, friendly staff. Good rooms with aircon in a relaxing garden. It is in a quiet area close to the village. They can arrange motorbike for rent. We had very relaxing stay in a realy good hotel. Be prepared also to do just nothing but swim and........

Dit hotel geboekt, tijdens Corona, van 3 tot 10 september 2020. Wegens omstandigheden tijdens Corona, konden we het land niet in. NOOIT geld teruggezien. (341€ kwijt!). Dat is geen service!!!, andere hotels in Bali hebben ons toen degelijk voorstel gedaan. Ga je naar Sumba, boek dan zeker dit hotel niet!
