Great stay!
Not sure why I assumed otherwise but this place far exceeded my expectations! Great location to good food & the beach! Great communication with owner as well! Will definitely be back.

Perfect stay on 30A!
Robbie is an incredible host. He was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions.
The space was spotless and had all the necessities for the week (wi-fi, cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee maker, beach towels, bath towels, and clothes, washer, and dryer).
The neighborhood outside the condo had a lot of life within walking distance; several restaurants and shops were within walking distance. There is also a bike rental shop on the walk to the beach. Additionally, there is a pool to enjoy.
The condo is about an 8-minute walk to the beach. However, you may want to get to the beach early; the spots near the entrance and bathrooms fill up quickly. Beach umbrellas and chair rentals from local vendors take up several spots on the beach. The beach is clean and a lifeguard monitors the ocean most of the day.
This condo is the perfect place to stay on 30A.
