勞頓/百卡斯特山至尊旅館(Premier Inn Loughton/Buckhurst Hill)

Pulizia, cortesia, camera comoda, posizione buona. Metropolitana vicina per raggiungere il centro di Londra in massimo 40 minuti. L'hotel è in un villaggio bello e tranquillo, immerso nel verde, una buona soluzione per non spendere troppo per l alloggio e visitare anche la zona fuori Londra. Vicinissimo un pub carino in cui si può cenare. Letto comodissimo, colazione buona!

personale gentile e disponibile, stanza e bagno puliti, camera non molto larga ma sufficiente, TV funzionante (ma solo in inglese). Riscalmamento non funzionante la prima sera e fatto ripartire dal personale dell'hotel, la seconda sera idem Aspiratore del bagno non funzionante e scarico della doccia molto lento

Nous y venons depuis plusieurs années et y retrouvons un excellent service, avec une ambiance calme et attentionnée . Le petit déjeuner est très complet et servit par assistant Farouk très cordial et serviable, parlant français en plus. Un parking est disponible à toutes heures. Je le recommande.

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable et calme. Petit déjeuner agréable et très bon service (Thanks Farouk). Bref, un court séjour mais qui s'est très bien passé. À retenir pour visiter Londres en famille.

Very pleasant stay, clean, comfortable room, but what made all the difference was the friendly staff especially Farouk and chef Daniela who went the extra mile to meet my dietry needs for which i'm very grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook here next time i visit.

Nice hotel, very clean with fantastic staff! Daniela served up a lovely filling breakfast and Faruuk looked after all the guests exceptionally well. Thank you for a great nights sleep and a very tasty breakfast. I’ll definitely be back! Steve.

Comfy bed. Clean room. Very noisy neighbours at 3am but this seemed to be dealt with fairly quickly by the night staff. Good location. Very friendly reception staff. Great breakfast cooked by Daniela - just what we needed and really friendly and edgy service by Farouk.

Customer service was great, the room is spacious and clean… I will recommend and I will definitely come back, The breakfast is delicious, I enjoyed my stay. Excellent experience and service. My daughter enjoyed the food……………………………………………..

Great service and super friendly staff. Farouic was really welcoming and helpful and the lady in reception came to our rescue when we needed cutlery for our takeaway. The location is handy and a nice setting and the room was clean. We did have a noisy bunch coming in late but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
