Wir waren für zwei Tage in dem Hotel, die Betten waren sehr bequem und man konnte gut schlafen, aber das Bad war leider nicht sauber und ich würde in dem Hotel nicht länger als zwei Nächte bleiben. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage war ganz okay

Lovely hotel amazing staff. Shelley helped me and my children so much. Was made to feel at home there was nothing they couldn’t help us with. Rooms were so clean and I could get clean sheets and towels anytime I wanted.

Such a warm, happy and welcoming greeting from the staff when we arrived after a long and delayed train journey from Devon. Bradley and Shelly were so jolly and positive they really made our arrival feel like an exciting event. Nothing was too much for the staff, Bradley and Susan provided us with a hairdryer when we requested one, and all the staff were forthcoming with directions into town. Thank you.

The hotel staff was excellent especially the lady named Shelly, she was so helpful and friendly, she made my stay wonderful. She directed me to all the nice places to eat. Great location for the train station and free parking in the hotel.

Very run down hotel. Good for train station as it's opposite the car park. Only had vending machines which were mostly empty. Unable to provide me with a bottle of water. Very basic room. And the fan and blades were filthy.

Very welcoming staff easy check in always clean an tidy , nothing ever too much trouble definitely would recommend this hotel as we regularly stay here and always check in late , sometimes book late but rooms always ready as booked just remember to book vehicle reg in though

My stay at Travel lodge was very expensive considering the nature of the hotel. It was near double the price of my last stay and as it had a lot of people that looked to be between homes it feels to me that I was subsidising this

Had a good nights sleep, nice hotel, good parking, not far from stansted airport. Opening windows so you can have fresh air. Lift was great.
