金斯林港普瑞米爾飯店

Questo Premier Inn, alla periferia della graziosa cittadina anseatica di King's Lynn, dispone di camere ancor più spaziose della pur ottima media della catena. Ineccepibile, come sempre, la pulizia sia della stanza (la no. 117, al primo piano) che del bagno. Più che discreto sia il buffet della prima colazione (che si paga a parte), che la cena nel ristorante "Brewers Fayre" collegato all'hotel e che si trova a pochi metri di distanza. Lo staff è gentile ed efficiente. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Arrived 3.07pm. Checked in by Shane who sorted our Premium Plus room upgrade instantly, carried our heavy ( and admittedly excessive luggage) upstairs. Back with the bath towel he already knew was missing in 10 minutes!! Super service and re-established my positive thoughts about Premier Inn. We have been on a road trip via Premier Inns in Brighton, South End on Sea, Ramsgate, Norwich and now Kings Lynn before Grimsby. All the staff have been good but here it was outstanding!👏

Room was immaculate. Very comfortable. Had 2 children with us and beds were made up ready for both of them. Breakfast I'd about the best we've ever had. Evening meal was good value too. Highly recommended.

Lovely last minute stopover.Staff very friendly and helpful.Room was spotless.Restaurant was OK ,wasn't very organised at front of house and to be honest not the best host, rather miserable.. bar staff and waitresses made up for that.Breakfast was manic could have done with more staff as couldn't keep up with simple things like clean plates ,cutlery and refilling juices and coffee machine and clearing tables.dirty plates and food left on fire place for the whole time we was in there..not a good look.Would we stay again..yes but hopefully restaurant was just a one off!

Lovely clean rooms that served their purpose perfectly, pillows were incredibly comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Parking was easy and stress free. A perfect little stop off point. Breakfast was delicious, although the staff seemed a little disorganised at times, they were friendly and welcoming throughout.

Very happy with our stay! Room was cleaned to a high standard. Customer service was excellent and couldn’t fault it in anyway. Stayed with my children we were made to feel very safe and welcome. The manager Shane I think was his name was very kind, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend!
