Alder House rose out of the ashes of a blue-bird cottage. Construction began in 2016 and completed in 2019. Its idyllic location across for Pioneer Park gives it impressive landscaping views and much territory to walk, jog, and enjoy the seasons.This house is ~3500 square feet of spacious modern living. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms on three floors with master bedroom en suites located on the main floor and the upstairs level. Each floor entertains comfortably and is complete with big screen televisions placed strategically throughout. Furnishings are a combination of new and vintage old where your eyes will not be disappointed. The kitchen is large, functional and well equipped to easily handle a crowd and our guests needs.
