Alder House rose out of the ashes of a blue-bird cottage. Construction began in 2016 and completed in 2019. Its idyllic location across for Pioneer Park gives it impressive landscaping views and much territory to walk, jog, and enjoy the seasons.This house is ~3500 square feet of spacious modern living.
