They are very down-to-earth people. Zain and Brogan were superstars. They were always lively and chatty. However, another worker, Chris, was miserable at night, constantly putting people down and refusing to communicate. Chatting with workers is always lovely, especially when you're alone on the side of the motorway. Other than the night worker, I would've given this a 5/5

M1 Northbound. Upon arrival after a long, long drive we were greeted warmly with a happy smile, our room was on the first floor, immaculately clean, a great night’s sleep snd had everything that we needed. Although we arrived around 10pm the site at Woolley Edge was fully open and felt quite safe, well lit with ample parking, charging points, and garage with shop. The whole site is off the M1, easy to find and has lots of greenery around, Security were visible and doing rounds. The Services are small but again, really clean. Greggs, Costa, WH Smith’s all open 24 hrs which was a surprise as it’s not a large site. There is a lorry park to the rear. Local people were also pulling up for takeaway food and shop. The outside of the services could do with a ‘wash & brush up’ as it does look tired. But all staff were very friendly. Outside could really do with putting out the tables and chairs which are stacked up. In the morning there was good trade, a sunny day and people were asking about the external seating area, but were told that it was closed. We would have loved to have been able to sit there for our breakfast and coffee too, before continuing our journey. A very good overall stay and we’d stay there again, an ideal stopover if travelling to the North.
