Good for the basics
For the basics it’s great. Always friendly staff. Always clean. I did request clean towels and they have switched to an exchange program. Which is fine. I was disappointed that housekeeping doesn’t come clean the room nightly or even during the stay at all. It would have been nice to have fresh towels and the room vacuumed in between.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I walked into my room and was greeted by 3 roaches scurrying around in front of me. I left immediately!! The hotel has not given me a refund!

Great stay
Great stay. The room was very comfortable and the hotel felt safe. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay again.

The "Queen" size bed was a regular. Walls and ceilings paper thin. Suite had no kitchen utensils. No ice machine

Overbooked hotel
Did not receive the room I booked. Got upgraded to 1 double bed suite when I reserved two doube beds. Key did not work when tried to enter the room. Hotel overbooked. Room was clean.

The room was adequate for my needs, but not as nice as shown on the photos, the utensils, pots pans were dirty. I spend the first day cleaning

Every single person that works here is super friendly. The manager is a real nice guy and the house keepers work hard to keep the rooms clwan. I literally saw one of the ladies climb on top of the counter to clean above the cabinets, wow!

Was just there for a graduation and spent one night nothing too great about the hotel it was a little difficult to find because it was tucked away and the GPS rerouted to a confusing

Neat and convenient
A little hard to find (no signage). It was convenient once we found it but the shower head needs to be replaced and the light in the gym needs to stay on. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
