Nice clean rooms The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend if your just looking for a place to stay. No pool but great rooms for the price

Why were my linens removed before I checked out. I couldn’t even shower…checkout was 11am my linens were removed before 7am while I was sleeping. WTH

I “reserved” a room and was supposed to pay at the hotel. Because of medical reasons I was unable to stay at the hotel. I was not aware that I had to cancel if I could stay there because I had just “reserved” not BOOKED. When I got home I was reviewing my bank account and noticed that your hotel changed me $191.00. I called and was told I would only be refunded $100 for one night because I didn’t cancel which I was not made aware that I had to do. I received an email from your hotel after I reserved the room and even in the letter it said NOTHING about canceling if I couldn’t come. I’d be happy to give you a copy of the email if you’d like. I want ALL of my money back since I didn’t even stay with you and was NOT made aware of your policy. When I RESERVED(not booked) the room I was not aware that I would be charged if I didn’t come. Since that is your policy why was I not called or emailed when I didn’t show up for the first night? It definitely doesn’t seem like an honest customer service company to me!!

Visit July 28 & 29, 2025 The room itself was clean, but everything else was disgusting. The hallways were nasty. I'm not sure I would stay here again. Also, I found it very odd that they made a copy of my driver's license when I arrived. I have traveled a lot and never had anyone make a copy of my license, which makes me feel a little weird.

The room was really dirty. We didn’t take off our shoes the entire time we were there. I made sure that when I got of my bed that my sandals were there to slip on. The bathroom floor was dirty and the tub was gross. We did not shower because it felt counter productive. Luckily our next stay allowed us to check in early and we were able to clean up. The lady that checked us in was pushy. She handed me a sheet of paper to sign away my life and seemed annoyed that I was reading it. She angrily pointed to the line at the bottom and said “sign there.” I then told her I was reading it and she let it go. Checkout was better. The gentleman there was cordial and thanked me for giving the keys back. The beds were at least clean. We weren’t expecting much. We booked this one because we weren’t planning to do anything but sleep and move on to our next location and it had what we were after: a clean place to sleep and quiet

Somehow even worse than I expected Non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke; entire building did in fact. Room had peeling wall paint and the whole place just felt sketchy. I went back to the lobby checked out after literally 20 minutes, stayed down the street at a different chain instead.
