Lovely clean unit with everything you could need. Comfy beds, great pool and spa. Andy and Nikki were so welcoming and helpful. Location is also amazing- short walk to supermarket, all sorts of restaurants and bars. An awesome holiday destination couldn't recommend enough.

Accommodation was on point, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful space, we everything we needed. We enjoyed a game of tennis and later a spa and swim in the pool. My only suggestion would be the swimming pool was a bit cold for winter swimming and needs to be heated to at least 30 degrees. The spa was lovely but again needs to be a little bit hotter so it is more like a spa. Turn up the heat please guys. Wonderful customer service at reception and would totally recommend this place.

We came down last minute for a family funeral and the ladies were so accommodating! They let us check in early which made the process of making the funeral so much less stressful! The room was amazing and clean and felt like a home away from home and was in the perfect location for us as well. Will definitely be visiting again!

Great to be able to get a 3 bedroom villa so the teens did not have to share. Clean and tidy and managers friendly. Super handy to the Plaza and across the road to Fashion Island. Pity about the rain lol

We booked for one night. Our apar**ent was tidy, and nice, had everything we needed, couldn’t have asked for anything else. Bed was so comfortable, just nice all round. Will definitely be booking again when we’re back. Beautiful place to stay

The Managers are rude and disrespectful and yelled at my 5 year old autistic child. I will never stay here again and I will be telling all my friends and family about how disappointing my experience was at the Pacific Palms Resort in Tauranga.. absolute rubbish. She is obviously not a people's person

We had a great time, room was big and well equipped with everything needed, also worth mentioning the beds that where very comfortable. The pool and hot tub where also awesome the kids had a great time. would defiantly come back.

We will be staying at the Pacific Palms Resort in Papamoa later this year, and have already experienced great customer service. Nikki has been very informative and helpful. If the booking process is this pleasant, we can only imagine how great our stay will be!
