Property has poor facilities as part of the room to experience it. Property location is great but with the price they charging it’s not great value you getting what you paying for it. Lot of additional charges also you ended up paying when you stay to this property.

This is not a hotel. These are privately owned condos managed by Aston management . They are renting one room out of condo by separating from rest of living space. The lobby is a small with no place to sit and relax while waiting to check in. There are no rest rooms in this lobby . The front desk staff was very unwelcoming, not professional and poor attitude and yelling. Although they were enforcing the mask policy on guests, the front desk staff was spotted not wearing mask while talking to a guest . Also cleaning service , who were probably cleaning rooms after check out was seen walking in hallways without mask. We rented two rooms, which we got on different floors . Closet in one room has stuffed with a stroller, car seat , and some random stuff .The other rooms has tons of wires in one drawer and some packed stuff taking space in closet. Front desk told us owners are allowed to leave their stuff , however they are required to lock it. Having said so there is no closet space for the guests. They have one small tube of shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Unlike hotels they refused to replace it . So for 400 dollars a night or more they don't provide you even with shampoo . No cleaning service is provided during our stay . You pay a cleaning fee at the end of your stay and a damage waiver fee in place of resort fee. No filtered water stations. Forced to buy plastic water bottle. Not environment friendly Rooms are outdated , bed making noise .

Parking was limited other than that construction going on next door treid calling front desk no answer left message no response or action. An on top of all that the noise went on for the two days that we stayed their

The location was amazing, you can easily get to the beach and not a far drive to other areas. Only problem we had was no room service during our entire stay. We had to use the same towels over and over again and make our own bed and take our room trash out with no extra trash bags to replace. If it wasn’t for being in Maui, we would have complained about it.

Had a good time and enjoyed the location but the conjoined hotel style room with zero insulation was bothersome. We could hear everything our neighbor was doing and saying and often found ourselves avoiding being ‘home’ until late evening. Front desk staff was short tempered and unhelpful when it came to luggage transporting to our building.. no mention of bellman carts, just told that we had to haul our stuff from main lobby up to our building.

The room was clean and quiet. I loved being able to walk to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was ok but I prefer the ocean/ beach.

The room did not have a second sink for dishes. We were expected to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. We were told we were in a cheap room that did not provide a second sink. I was not told this while I was reserving the room. I did not perceive that what I paid was considered cheap. The furniture was old and scratched. There was one fork provided. As a hotel guest and paying over $250 for cleaning fees I don’t feel I should have to take out the trash. Amenities were a joke. The hand soap bar was the size of a dental floss container. The dish soap container was about the size of a 2 oz bottle. The shampoo and conditioner were in bottles on the wall so I had no idea of their ingredients. Also you had to buy if you needed more amenities. No class. It was noisy and you could hear your neighbors. Also as I checked out I realized I left my IPad in the room so I ran upstairs and asked the cleaning woman if she could let me in the room to get it. She said no. I had to go to the main office. I got the clerk to make me a key, drove back to the room got my IPad, went back to the office and returned the key. This could have been handled differently particularly since I was using a cane. I would never recommend this establishment. It is basically someone’s old condo being rented as a hotel room.

It is nice that it is 3 minute walk to the beach. However, we had a rooster wake us up every morning at 430-5 am. When I asked if we could do a late check out and check out at noon rather than 11 I was told that wasn’t possible. I’ve never asked for a late check out and been told no.
