費爾蒙特帝亞拉尼飯店(Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui)

Beautiful property. The suite was spectacular: over 800 sf, separate bedroom and living room, incredible bathroom and a big balcony with a gorgeous view. Great gym. Loved the water stations (excellent filtration system) around the hotel-great touch!! The service was outstanding. Loved the texting feature to request and discuss any issues. Courtesy car available free around Wailea. Parking is a bit tight and can be a few minutes walk to your building. Chair availability can be scarce at the pools. Generally, the only real negative is the beach situation: it’s relatively tight and you only get one umbrella per suite (unlimited chairs though). Some of the attendants there were not very friendly as was the guy at the towel booth and the guy at the beach food truck. Not bad, just not on par with the rest of the staff. Still, we very much enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely come back.

The Edward Jones event really crowded and inconvenienced other guests. The lobby construction was ridiculously noisy with the daily jackhammering and other large demolition activities going on. I don’t think the Fairmont did right by charging regular prices while this level of construction was occurring.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Super clean and amenities galore. The suites are perfect for a family. Towels for pool and beach are provided, along with sunscreen, beach toys, snorkeling gear for kids, Towels for day trips are provided from valet. 10/10

El hotel esta muy bonito. Realmente vale la pena llegar a hosped**** ahí. Es de los pocos hoteles con acceso directo a la playa. Playa hermosa. No incluye desayuno. Pero con el fee puedes utilizar estacionamiento, camas de playa, toallas y otras actividades. Lo recomiendo.

The suites are very large, well laid out, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Beds very comfortable. The re-model is beautiful. There was plenty of pool and lounge space for all the guests. The adult pool area is spacious, lovely, and not an afterthought. Great hot-tub. Honestly loved the resort.

Beautiful rooms and exceptional staff! Great dining options from super casual take out to formal sit down.

This was only our fourth time vacationing at the Kea Lani…but we will be going back many times in the future. For overall ambience, staff, accommodations and amenities, the Fairmont Kea Lani has no equal in my opinion. I have been to Hawaii over 60 times in my life and stayed on many islands and in many first class hotels. The Kea Lani cannot be beat. Comfort, elegance and relaxation..the perfect vacation. Thank you Kea Lani.

El hotel esta en muy bien ubicado en Wailea, en muy buen estado, los cuartos muy grandes e impecables, con balcón, muy cómodos. Tiene acceso a una muy linda playa. Tiene varias opciones para comer y un market. Supermercado cerca y heladera en el cuarto. Un shuttle al shopping a 3 minutos que va y vuelve continuamente. Me llamo la atención la mala predisposición de una señora del front desk que nos atendía muy mal y de las chicos que nos daban las reposteras en la playa, siempre sucias y de mala gana. Guardan las reposteras y las toallas demasiado temprano y a veces se quedaban sin toallas.

We loved staying at the Fairmont. It was clean, staff friendly, dining options. It was kid friendly.
