Welcome to our one-bedroom condo in Kamaole Sands located in desirable Building 5, unit 307. As new owners we strive to provide an excellent service and environment for our guests, so did multiple upgrades for our condo: July 2023: -New Split AC system in both living room and bedroom -New full size Samsung washer and dryer -New king size matrass -New fridge with ice maker -New sofa sleeper in the living room -New reclining armchair- New 65” smart TV -Newly refinished bathtub in the master bathroom -New art November 2024: Kamaole Sands has finished the first phase of large renovation project (pipes and roof replacement) including our building.
