We had a wonderful, quiet & undisturbed stay at the Anglers Lodge. The place is tranquil and was not crowded, so we really enjoyed the spacious grounds of the Lodge. The communal kitchen and bathroom facilities were super clean. Overall very well maintained. The pool and games room were much fun for the children. We did fishing at the bay right outside the Lodge. There is minimum 15-20min drive out from the Lodge to Coromandel and the Peninsula.

Can’t fault this place. Beautiful spot and a great location if you’re wanting quiet and peaceful surroundings. I can not fault the ammenities! Extremely clean and well kept with amazing hot showers. A large pool (not heater), games room with a pool table and TV, complete kitchen with fridge and freezer and all appliances you may need, a spa (to hire), a great undercover BBQ area with seating, lovely staff, there are both cabins and powered/non-powered sights sight’s available.

Been a few times to this place and keep forgetting to review. It's truly superb. From the hospitality, the cleanliness right through to their launch and retrieve service and the private Spas. It has it all. There are chillout zones, great communal cooking areas and bait storage too. There is a little store with basics and hot coffee aswell. Their filletting station is perfectly positioned in the shade and you have a great double hose wash down area for your boat. For those not even into fishing, there is a huge pool to laze around in and relax the fay away too! As the title suggests. Book. Pack. Go.

Beautiful spot right beside the beach and very quiet when we went in November 2023. Facilities were super clean and staff really friendly and helpful. Showers were awesome, hot and powerful!! Lots of bird life and pet eels to feed. Fishing was good :)

Immaculate property with very helpful friendly staff. Very clean well maintained units heated bathroom floor comfy bed and well equiped kitchen Nice swimming pool and covered BBQ AREA. Well located to explore further afield. Would highly recommend.
