Krishna River Camp

Very hospitable.. nature friendly. Fantastic food.. been visiting this place with family often ,atleast 1 to 2 trips per year. Recently stayed there for 8 days.. awesome experience. The host Milan is very courteous. And ***ager Mr. Nitin is friendly and very attentive.

Excellent service ...well organised ...superb food .....really enjoyed 2 days we travelled from Mumbai reached in resort at 11 30...after taking rest ...we had Lunch we were served both non veg and veg food ...after that we had Archery, Cricket , Swimming , Boating then in evening tasty Bread pokadas with tea coffee ...evening we had Bonfire with Starters...and tasty dinner .....rooms food good maintained clean toilets ...packed drinking water....fresh and non polluted air inthe Lap of nature what else you need to rejuvenate when you are away from busy life of Mumbai ...just 4hrs drive thru express highway and 13 kms from WAI ....Besides Dhom Dam ....will recommend you all to visit with family and friends too...

It was a very pleasant experience, good food provided and a good place to spend time with your friends and family with a breathtaking view. Boating and strawberry picking was included and was such fun. The caretakers were polite and attentive. Would certainly 100% recommend this place for all.

Milan and his crew treated us like family from arrival to departure. We stayed in both the ***glorian and A shaped cottages and enjoyed both. The food was tasty and made with love and the actual BBQ delivered to our cottage before dinner was tops! The bonfire was filled with laughter, singing and dancing with kids and adults. A definite weekend getaway with the kids. Milan is very upfront with all that will happen and costs involved. We are definitely returning to enjoy more hiking and the hammocks afterward. ***y thanks!

We recently went to krishna river camp over long weekend and this has been one of our best camping experience. We travelled with our kids, 8 year old and 18 month old and both had a joyful fun experience. There are lot of activities to engage the kids with, the families who had gathered were also fun and outgoing and the kids mingled with each other in no time which made the outing all the more fun. We opted for the A shaped cottages which oversees the serene lake. The views were something to look forward to. The rooms and washrooms were basic and clean, just the ideal set up for a camping experience. We couldn’t explore staying in tents as it would have been difficult for our toddler and also the nights get really cold. We enjoyed an evening by the lake which was 2 mins walk from our stay, enjoyed our swim followed by an evening of barbecue and campfire. The next day we went to the nearby boating club for boating, one can also pre book for kayaking. Unlike the commercial Mahabaleshwar, the surroundings in Wai is serene, calm and unexplored, it thus gives a sense of exclusivity. The camp also has petting zone which has goose, ducks, rabbits and dogs which the kids enjoyed feeding. Food was good and comforting, they also cater to kid friendly food. The highlight of the trip was an open jeep ride (may not be available always) to the strawberry farm as owned by the camp where the kids could enjoy plucking strawberries. The quality of the strawberry was also really good. You can also order strawberry from them. All in all we all had a great time, we highly recommend to this place for a camping experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Krishna River Camp. The property is located just beside the Dam water and has a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and we have got a good service. Food, specially dinner and breakfast were really nice. There are plenty of options for roaming to the nearby places or you can just chill at this place. It’s really peaceful. They also have a strawberry farm nearby where you can go for strawberry picking and you will also get fresh vegetables over there. Overall a nice stay.

This is an excellent overnight camping/cottage option. Awesome ambience, awesome property, awesome food, service and hospitality. Icing on the cake are the boating facility, strawberry picking activity and live music. Simply wow
