"I pleaded for this place to allow for my booking to be used at a different time and not wanting a refund but the lack of consideration and concern given for our situation tells me all i need to know about management here. I had lost my luggage and that had delayed our plans for being able to arrive in time and safely. Anyways we stayed at the alps im Switzerland instead and wont be keen to stay here in the future too.. hope management are happy with their way of managing a crisis situation. Thanks!"

Hofgut

"This resort undersells itself which is delightful - spoiler alert- this place is much better than the photos or write ups state. On arrival I was hugely impressed with the facilities on offer and the spec of the apartments. The staff spoke great English and were not only delightful but SO helpful."

"A small family run hotel. Homely and comfortable and very well looked after by the staff. Fantastic location near Flying Mozart Lift (400m) and short walk down hill into village. Plenty of parking to rear and garden out the front. All very informal and relaxing. Continental Breakfast offering excellent, with variation each day. Weren't serving evening meals, but loads of restaurants nearby"
