Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Concerns: Booked a King Suite with a king bed - room had 2 separate queen beds. Rate booked was $136.68. Was actually charged $140.44 but did not realise that until after the next day. No explanation was given at check in

I would have to compliment the staff from the moment we arrived they were so welcoming and I wasn't the easiest guest I turned up late Saturday afternoon and the lady at reception was beautiful it was mother's day the next day and I was travelling with my 10yo son without hesitation she was able to give me a late check-out to spend time with my boy I can't thank the staff at this motel enough just beautiful people all round

Average Stay The office staff member was helpful, supportive and checkin was efficient. Room comfortable enough. Cleanliness was a problem; the garbage was not emptied so had last clients trash, a coffee mug had not been cleaned so coffee stained and packed with the other clean ones, under bed and some other furniture was dirty, including a couple of old thongs from previous clients. Parking can get crowded if there are many guests on site, and the Entrance can be restrictive. Good little bathroom, although crack in wall, shower good. Plenty of space in the Room. An average stay compated to last time we were there.

We were assigned to a room with aircon not working properly not cold at all on a very hot day 36 degrees. We told the receptionist and were assigned to another room with leaking shower. The property need a proper repair to ensure smooth stay for the customer. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a better motel.

It was close to the Hospital my husband was in so it was convenient for me. was a bit noisy with traffic earlier in the night but did quieten down Over all a good stay.

Some power sockets weren’t working Hot water limited and water pressure poor Expect better Have stayed before and was good Have booked again, but will review this now. Overall, it is a great place to stay
