Hotel Indigo 韋科 - 貝勒

Double paid for meals. Paid cash and was charged to room. No way to see until after we lady thanks to online check out

The room was very nice. Really enjoyed the breakfast! We did not know there was a balcony. The staff were very friendly.

The bathroom shower smell of mold was horrid. I sent message first day and they apologized and didn’t sound like they cared much.

Great staff and the bar area is so chill, the drinks were delicious. Location is great because it’s close to a lot of restaurants. Great amenities and the room is spacious and clean!

The facility and grounds were nice and clean. Did notice the facility is beginning to show its age. Many nicks and scratches. Rust on bathroom door jamb.

The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas which I appreciated. My check in experience was outstanding! I stayed on the 3rd floor and I want to applaud the fact that it smelled so good from the second the elevator door opened all the way to my room. The staff was phenomenal!! I had dinner and breakfast at your restaurant and I was very impressed!! I will definitely stay here again as well as recommend this particular hotel to family and friends 😃. Keep up the great work , you make me want to visit again 👍👍

We tried to pre-buy breakfast in the morning and the bar manager said that he had never done that before and so he was not comfortable doing that for the next morning. We had 25 cheer girls coming downstairs and we just wanted to ensure that they had some kind of food when they got down.

room was fairly clean but showed signs of wear and age. tv was old and lacked dedicated hotel software so no streaming options. staff was helpful but a little disorganized. the convience shop was severely under stocked. mis en scene needs help: why is your san rio bag on the front desk counter… pool didn’t have towels available. ac in the room didn’t get nearly to the displayed temp.

Loved my stay, comfortable bed, very clean room, friendly staff, location was great for eating, going to Magnolia,and getting to my family in other hotels close by! Perfect stay! Only ate breakfast, yum!
