The hotel is located in a building constructed in the 19th century in the neoclassical style. This is a house with a rich history, included in the list of cultural heritage sites. It is located at the intersection of Krepostnaya and Krasnoarmeyskaya streets, at the so-called "crossroads of five balconies", two of which belong to the hotel. Dom Tat opened after a complete renovation of the premises. During the renovation, all interior elements of historical value and conveying the spirit of the era were preserved - tiled stoves, forged doors of the staircases, unique brickwork.
