Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (5 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Shop 400 m, restaurant 70 m, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach, rocky beach, concrete beach 70 m. 3-room semi-detached house 105 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Forced-air heating. Balcony 16 m2, terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Great equipment, new house with high-quality furnishings. Fantastic location with a view of the sea, a few minutes' walk to the beach with a bar. Host superficially nice, but picky - there is a great fear that children could destroy something in the house
