2023年7月16日晚上值班的前台服務員完全是個騙子和小丑。 他試圖給我一間普通房間並堅持說這是一間套房。他應該因無能而被解僱。我要求查看更多房間，直到我得到我支付的房間並在他們的網站上做廣告。 儘管我提前一周填寫了預登記表並提前幾個月預付了全部住宿費用，但他還是多花了 15 分鐘來登記我的預訂信息並出示房間鑰匙。誰願意等 15 分鐘才能拿到鑰匙卡？整個過程從鑰匙室到觀景室之間花了30分鐘。不可接受！ Divani Apollon Suites 是一個完全獨立於 Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso Hotel 的實體。儘管前台工作人員明確表示我們可以使用隔壁的設施，但宮殿的工作人員要求使用任何設施都要付費。泳池躺椅每天 70 歐元。 滑稽的是，我們的房間裡有一張對開頁，概述了姐妹宮殿酒店的服務……完全是誤導性的，完全是欺詐性的。 餐廳工作人員的服務和態度很冷淡，最多是自助早餐。我們從未見過他們聲稱的餐廳開放供應晚餐。 新的泳池區更像是倒影/設計池，而不是一個游泳池。直到下午 2 點之後，太陽才會照射到泳池上。共有4張躺椅可供使用。 房間預約年齡至少10-12歲。硬木地板又髒又髒，家具也很舊。 雖然飯店網站上的套房圖片顯示陽台門外就是大海，但看不到海景。 不用說，我們兩天後就退房了。 我建議你留在其他地方。

The Divani Apollon Suites are effectively a pension to the main hotel, the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso. We think that some reviews on this page must relate to the main hotel rather than the Suites because they are at odds with our experience, especially when they talk about sea views and spectacular sunsets. Our balcony had a view of the utilities area of the main hotel on the opposite side of the road. The only way we could get a sea view was lean out over the balcony and crane our necks to the left. Even then, it was a thin sliver of sea between the hotels that otherwise blocked our view (check it out on Google Maps). We checked in at the main hotel and were then taken fifty metres up the road, crossing the street to the suites. The lobby of the Suites is impressive but maybe this opulence is intended to distract one from the faint whiff of drains in that area. We took the small lift to our room on the third floor. The room was very average without the feel of luxury we expected from a five-star hotel. We had just left a cruise ship at Piraeus and the bathroom on the ship was bigger than the one at the Suites. The bath is so narrow that we do not know how anyone even slightly overweight could ever fit into it. The breakfast was good and varied and we chose to sit on a narrow veranda outside. Sadly, it looked like nobody had swept under the tables for weeks. The outside area was generally tatty and the constant traffic noise made it a less than relaxing experience. At one point when we were in our room, the Maid attempted to enter, even though the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was illuminated (perhaps she does not understand English). On another occasion we were called by reception to ask whether someone from maintenance could check our lights, as they were not working properly on our floor. To sum up, we got the impression that the Suites were the poor relation to the main hotel. Yes, you can use all the facilities at the main site and the beach, which were very impressive, but the Suites building is so clearly older and the accommodation certainly does not have the look and feel of a five-star hotel. If you wish to book the Divani Apollon, make sure your room is in the main hotel and not in the Suites building. Reading the description on Trip Advisor, I’m not quite sure why I am supposed to find a ‘minibar, fridge, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi to be ‘romantic’.

Premise: I travel a lot (visiting around 30-40 different hotels around the world every year) and almost never went the way of leaving a review. But had to do it this time given the exceptionally bad situation I found myself in. Hotel is bare bones providing only rooms (if nice and comfortable) and breakfast. I booked via ******* under the understanding that I would have available facilities such as pools, beach and gym but all of those are in the Divani hotel across the street, which is now a separate entity (in fact, you can see them listed as available facilities with pictures here on Tripadvisor too, same fraudulent listing). Hence, you need to pay a charge of 40-50 euros to use each facility. The property is a far cry from a 5 star hotel as it doesn't offer any service aside from accommodation to its guests. When I raised the issue with manager he said I could always upgrade to a Superor Room in the larger property across the street to get access to the facilities. This would cost me an extra 200 euros on top of the 210 I had already paid, bringing the total to a staggering 410 euros (more than an Executive Room in the same hotel when booking via *******). After a fight with the manager and saying I would raise a complaint with ******* about their misselling / fraudulent behaviour, the manager finally apologised and offered free use of the facilities. One of the worst experiences of my many travels.

Terrible housekeeping, outdated rooms, average breakfast, the suit is nothing like a real suit. There is no pool in the hotel it’s decorative and should NOT be advertised as a pool. In reality it’s a maximum 3 stars hotel and extremely expensive for what you get. Value for money = 0

The worst hotel I used I stayed 14 nights I called claiming that my room not clean 9 times they clean the tables after 10 days and the floor only one time they never add any thing used from the bathroom also the pictures on there website not tru they take it from other hotel they told me they have swimming bool but they have only bath top can take only 2 persons also the hotel don’t have kitchen they bring the food from there other hotel with out any cover from dust and bacteria the rooms very old condition. Only one thing is good is the front disk they are very nice and do there best to help but housekeeping never do there work and the maintenance also because my window not closed and I can’t sleep will from the noise outside but they don’t do it. Don’t worth one star hotel at all
