設施：酒店設施還是比較新的，也很齊全
衞生：乾淨整潔，我們住了兩晚，第二天沒有人過來認真打掃，有待改進
環境：環境不錯，但是要去超市需要走十分鐘左右，比較安靜，不在鬧市裡，晚上休息的很好。去各個位置也非常方便
服務：服務不錯，尤其是酒店餐廳，服務員態度都很好，前台也比較有耐心的幫我們解決問題。免費的行李寄存也非常方便

在海參崴4天這是第二家酒店，在這個地區相當不錯了，住的三人套房，周圍景色一般，因為在半山腰，走路是比較困難的，出行打的，但酒店餐廳絕對是寶藏，早餐不錯，景色海景，晚上不想出門，餐廳小酌，海鮮做得相當不錯，絕對完勝網紅餐廳
前台英文也不錯，唯一的是這裏四星級酒店沒有健身房，但周圍爬爬坡運動量也夠了

房間衞生不錯，設施很新。酒店在山上，出行需要打車。酒店服務基本沒有，客房打掃衞生也不知道補充洗漱用品。

酒店很新，乾淨整潔，房間大，床稍小，有一次性洗漱用品。
在一個大坡上，附近有一個小商店，去廣場步行15分鐘左右，走多了會累
前台服務態度不錯但英語一般。
早餐不多衹能説夠吃，但是開的時間夠久，7點到11點。
自帶的餐廳帝王蟹還不錯其他菜品沒有那麼驚艷，當晚有抽獎活動給我們了數字但是用俄語公佈的也不知道中沒中。
跨年那天還送了香檳和甜品，驚喜。

定了舒適房，房間很大，酒店很新很乾凈，服務也很好，位置在小坡上，但打車方便一點也不影響，偶爾走回酒店還可以消消食，下次有機會來還會選這家。

跨年期間入住，本來看評價以為位置非常偏，但是其實還好，這幾天爬爬坡也習慣了，十幾分鍾就能到市中心～酒店跨年當天還送了氣泡酒和巧克力，完全被驚喜到了。房間温度和衞生條件都非常理想

新開酒店，位置距離市區還是有一定距離，設施設備稍微好一點，真的很貴，人民幣800一晚，俄羅斯很多地方都是上坡位置，所以酒店在半山腰，語言不通，把所有看海的位置全部給了本地人，所以我到底訂這個酒店意義在哪裡？有點欺負人，買東西不方便，必須打車，窗户外對着山，不能叫山景房，正對一個修了一半的房子，氣氛太不好了，人煙稀少，感覺天黑就不能出去，太危險。早餐不豐富，湊合吃。
